Our Policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear about it.
Eligible for Return
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items sent (wrong flavour, wrong product)
- Items that do not match their description on our website
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or partially consumed products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Change of mind returns on food products
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
To request a return or report an issue — email us at info@atlasnutrition.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue where relevant. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
